Shweta Padmanabha

Entrepreneur and Community Leader

Shweta Padmanabha is a proud Texan, entrepreneur, and accomplished businesswoman who has consulted for leading global companies, including Apple, Microsoft, Nike, CVS Healthcare, JAMF, and Nokia, among others.

Beyond her professional achievements, Shweta is deeply committed to community service and civic engagement. She is currently serving her second term as President of the Indian American Coalition of Central Texas (IACCT) and has previously served on the Austin City Boards for Small Business Administration and Immigration, as well as the Board of Directors for Austin Sister Cities International. She now contributes her leadership as a Board of Director at the City of Cedar Park’s Community Development Board.

Shweta is equally proud of her role as a single mother to two ambitious and successful children who are making their own mark in the world. Passionate about mentorship and advocacy, she dedicates time to guiding young people and fostering political awareness within the South Asian community. She brings a strong sense of community spirit, boundless gratitude, and a passion for leading by example—qualities she wholeheartedly embodies for the Day of Gratitude
