MJ Charmani is a Director at Accenture, a global consulting firm, and the Founder & Chair of iStart Valley, a nationally recognized nonprofit that empowers youth through entrepreneurship and innovation.

A passionate advocate for equity and inclusion, MJ has led multiple diversity initiatives across corporate and community platforms. His deep commitment to service and social impact was nationally recognized in 2012, when President Barack Obama honored him as a Champion for Change at the White House - for his leadership in regional economic development and in advancing diversity and inclusion.

MJ has also collaborated with the White House Initiative on Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders (WHIAANHPI), further amplifying his dedication to creating opportunities for underrepresented communities.
