Joe Adair is a seasoned financial services leader with over 27 years of experience and a passion for building strong, financially healthy communities. As Senior Retail Manager at UFCU, he oversees 30 branches across Central Texas, Houston, and the Gulf Coast—leading with integrity, inclusion, and impact.

Joe’s journey began humbly washing dishes at a BBQ restaurant, shaping the values of service and hard work that still guide his leadership. A dedicated mentor, Joe has helped over 30 professionals rise to senior roles and actively champions equity as co-chair of UFCU’s Black Employee Resource Group.

Holding both bachelor’s and master’s degrees and the CUDE certification, Joe believes financial institutions can be powerful agents of change. He brings that same belief to The Day of Gratitude, where his heart for service, advocacy for opportunity, and commitment to community uplift make him a valuable steward of kindness, compassion, and gratitude.
